Car Finance weird questions

On car finance page: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/car-finance/
If I answer yes to all questions:
- yes want to own
- yes change frequently
- yes have a cash deposit
- yes happy with mileage restrictions
- yes to fixed monthly repayments
Then I get results:
Most suitable:
Personal contract purchase
It's flexible, and it's got low repayments, but you won't own the car.
Leasing
It's a long-term car rental agreement that offers low monthly repayments.
Hire purchase
It looks like a loan, but you won't own the car until it's fully paid off.
Least suitable:
Personal loans
Buy your car with a loan then pay it back in fixed monthly repayments.
Buying a car on a credit card
Do it right and this is the cheapest way to borrow if you're buying a car.
But..
1) with PCP I will own the car at the end of process (having made final "balloon" payment)
2) leasing fails my first response of "yes I do want to own the car"
3) A loan would satisfy all my Yes responses, but is described as least suitable?
