Help with finding an estate agent?

Hi - hope you can help. I'm relocating back to the UK after living in Monaco for the past 10 years. I need to sell my apartment and house here, and then I'm moving back to Surrey. The fees the guys charge out here is ludicrous! Do any of you know any estate agents who operate in both the UK and abroad who might be able to keep my expenses down a little? Thank you!

Haha - estate - I wish!! I thought Monaco was expensive until I saw Surrey lol But the price of selling property here is just nuts, and it would be really 'useful' to based back in the UK currently, especially with all the uncertainty over Brexit. May have to put this thread in the 'tax reduction' forum too! The chap you know - has he handled international portfolios before?

Edit - and thank you for the other reply. The house is mine, the apartment is 'linked' to the business. Which is Monegasque for 'whichever status is most useful'
