Boiler Quote reasonable? Also Worcester or Glow worm?

Hello. I live in Stafford and have had two quotes that are fairly similar for supply & installation of a boiler and rapid recovery cylinder together with supply & fitting 10 TRVs onto rads. Quotes came in at c£3,000. We don't have a condensing boiler at the moment so the work includes new flue from airing cupboard through the roof.
I also asked how much extra it would be to supply & fit 8 new rads - an additional £1,000.
Do these quotes seem reasonable?
We've had two other quotes but rules these out because they suggested combi boilers which probably wouldn't be suitable for our house (4 bed detached, 40 years old with pipes running underneath concrete floor).
One recommended Worcester Bosch condensing (24RI) and the other a similar sized Glow Worm. I've checked the Which? website and the WB is coming in at a higher percentage but there are no "best buys" for condensing boilers. The highest mark for a condensing is for a larger WB (30RI) but I'm not sure whether we should be going for a larger one than was recommended for the size of the house. Views on boiler size and on whether to go for WB or Glow Worm would be appreciated. Apparently the WB comes with a "free" 3 year extension to the 2 year guarantee (and a free chrome heated towel rail, but we don't need one of those, so that wouldn't swing it for us).
Oh, and if anyone can recommend another local fitter, please let me know.
TIA

Your quotes sound a little on the high side to me. I'd get a few more if i were you. You could always go back to the ones you discounted that wanted to fit combis and ask them a price for non-combis.
I'm in the south-east where you'd expect it be pricier. We paid £1945 a year ago for a non-combi condensing boiler with a new vertical flue through the roof (old one was horizontal) plus 2 TRVs (priced at £25 each), new room thermostat and programmer but reusing existing motorised valves, cylinder and everything else. Of the quotes we had a new cylinder was around £250. £2500 was about the most expensive quote we had including cylinder.
What i found was that some heating companies subcontracted out the flue through the roof to roofing contractors which added extra expense straight off.
