    Obviously something not quite right with the swear filter, maybe a mod should look into correcting this issue

    As for the article this sticks out

    Looks like Ongo need to be reminded that, as principal they are jointly liable for the actions of their agents

    edit - poorly set swear filter strikes again - reporting this to the mods as it needs attention

    we have let the contract to VCS for 2 years and we don't pay them.

    Suggests that the contract between VCS and the site is void under the principle of nudum pactum. If the explanation is correct then all the tickets there are void also. No contract = no authority.

    If that gets tested at court, then lets see how quickly they change the contracts
