If you are on an OU course and got help with fees via student support do you have to repay what you were given if you fail the course ?
Will they let you take a different course if you fail ?

You dont need to repay the fees and it doesn't prevent you starting a new course with any remianing fundingI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
