Anybody got any recommendations for good break down cover looking at monthly installments not interested in the big names

Autoaid were great when I had my bike, pay up front and claim back though which isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Going by recent threads in this forum, Autoaid may no longer be what they used to be given who now owns them. (Right Choice Insurance Brokers).

Nationwide bank account cover, for £10 a month, provides all I need.


Covers my wife and I and our bikes, cars, motorhome, and vans, trailers, caravans, even if we're just a passenger, in both the UK and Europe. No age restrictions, covers up to 7.5T vehicles (our motorhome is 4.8T MGVW).


The cover is as good as any I can find for £120. If you have a range of vehicles it's very good value.

Same here and for the £120 not only do you get top level breakdown cover you get a range of other products too including mobile phone and travel insurance, a decent interest rate on account balances and 12 months extended warranty on purchases.
