Evening all, apologies if this has been mentioned before. Im looking at starting up a small agency, just selling properties, is there anyway that property can be listed on rightmove/zoopla etc on an ad hoc basis? Are there any websites that I could advertise properties on, using an ad hoc service? I know there are some but to advertise you have to be the owner? Many thanks for your help.
Oh, and for the record I'm not money laundering I promise!!

Sorry Michael, this is not a business advice forum. The forum would be swamped if it was allowed to start.
Post reported.
edit: however - one bit of advice: before starting your agency, do some training, get some appropriate qualifications, and gain some hands-on experience.
Then you'll know the answer to this (and other) questions, and be in a better position to offer a half-decent service.0 -
If you are asking these basic questions, you are not in a suitable place to start this business.
As GM says, there is nothing to prevent you gaining the relevant experience by joining an existing firm, perhaps on a weekend basis at first.0 -

If you haven't got the nous to contact rightmove/zoopla etc and ask them, it seems to me you arent ready or perhaps even cut out to be starting a business in this area.0
