Talk talk charges

Hi Please help. We requested all talk talk services on 2/9/16 and phone was activated 26/9/16 and tv a few days later. We have had problems since it started either with the Internet or tv and I have spent hours on the phone or live chat trying to get the tv especially to give us all the channels. We have a working to aerial as we use it for upstairs TVs. After another bout of live chat I finally asked to cancel it on 9/10/16. This was agreed and I have it stated on the chat there would be no disconnection charge. They are now demanding £385 and I have just had another very stressful phone call with them as I feel this is very unfair after all my efforts to get the service running. Can anyone give me any advice please?:(
