Blank scrabble tiles

Evening, I have an idea for the children in the before and after school club I work in. I already have a large 3ft x 3ft canvas and I want the children to use scrabble tiles to make their names. However there are 60+ children.

Where can I get the tiles in bulk for a decent price?
OR
Where can I buy blank tiles in bulk so they can write their own initial on? OR
I have seen cardboard tiles on a sheet in Hobbycraft anyone used these?

Amazon / Ebay have them from about £2 per 100 when bought in bulk. Depends on size - some are smaller than standard scrabble tiles.
