Norwegian Airport tax invoice!

So, I've posted on here before about my sorry story about our delayed flight with Norwegian Airlines. To add insult to injury we also need to pay the retrospective tax the Norwegian government have imposed.
The last I heard about this was back in August. An email from the airline asking for payment. If we didn't pay, we would be sent an invoice with an additional €1 charge. Given the fact I am currently taking them to court over the delay, and they still haven't paid my £50 expenses (they have agreed to these, just not paid!) I decided I would take the €1 hit.
Yesterday, the invoice arrived, which £5 added, PLUS it needs to be paid through bank transfer, not through their site as the initial payment would have been, therefore avoiding bank fees. Have spoken then online and they said the £5 wasn't correct but I would have to submit another claim through their site!
So this €1 extra, is turning into £15. How can they justify this? I have contacted the company the invoice came from (a Norwegian finance company from what I can tell) asking for a new invoice addressing the £5 issue. I don't really want to delay further and risk more fees, but I'm also refusing to be taken advantage of.
Norwegian are, hands down, the work company I have every had the misfortune of dealing with.
Any advise?
Thanks,
James.

I think it's free to make a payment like this using a Revolut card0

Many seem to be ignoring these requests that are now coming from a debt collection company.0 -

Thanks. I don't even mind that much, I understand it's not the airlines fault. However, I don't like paying it while they still owe me money, and the additional €1 is in fact £5. Those are the points that annoy me.
I have no doubt we will all end up paying, and I don't want it to go up any more or affect any credit rating.
Thanks all for the info.0
