You asked a dealer to source you a car at auction. He would have had a choice at that auction - buy it or don't buy it.
Did you give him any price cap, or any other guidelines?
Did you tell him that you wanted to OK the specific car and deal before agreeing to buy?
Were you expecting him to buy it in the hope that you would agree to buy it off him, then be happy about stocking it or re-auctioning it if you didn't agree?0 -
