1819 Telephone service

I have tried making a call today via 1899 service and their is a recording saying they no longer accept Switch and my account has been suspended and request I login to change payment details. I tried logging into my account and states unable to update payment details and try later.
However I have never paid by Switch and a direct debit is set up and took the last payment last week. The current balance is 13p. Has anyone else had problems with this service today or last few days.

Well not having any joy I terminated the account and then joined as a new customer and works fine again.0
