Can I get exchange/refund in my local store?

I bought a jumper in an H&M store in the Czech Republic just over a week ago.
It has now become faulty.
I still have the receipt, if I go into my local store in Scotland, can I get it exchanged/refunded there?

Possibly, but they have no obligation to do it, it'll be purely goodwill.0

Highly unlikely0

No you need to return it to the store in Siberia lol
As above I doubt they would accept it.0 -
It may be worth contacting their head office and asking if there's anything they can do to help.0

There's no need to contact Head Office (which is in Sweden, although they do have a UK team http://ukcontactnumber.uk/h-and-m/) until you've been to your local store to find out if they will replace it, although I doubt if you'd be able to get a refund. Do you know if it's a product that is sold in UK stores?0

I'd be most surprised if the OP gets an affirmative to this.0

Curious how it has "now become faulty"0
