Which 'you guys' are you referring to? Is there a difference in the law regarding this in Scotland and rUK?
Well yes - debt enforcement can differ quite a bit north & south of the border. We've had a protected minimum balance for quite some time now (around 2007/2008 I think). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Thanks guys.
I think I will not call them by phone, just an email.
I cannot return the letter because I opened several letters (some of them without return address) and I don't know which one belongs to this letter.
BTW, what is ICO? (Maybe information commissioner's officer)0 -
Just return the letter with the pertinent facts. The person the letter is addressed to no longer lives there is all you have to write on it. No need for E-Mails or 'phone calls.Ricardo1980 wrote: ».

Any letters without return addresses should simply go in the recycle bin, as they are not your concern.0
