County Court - Claim form

We lived on a private development for many years. When we purchased the property, there were not any parking restrictions, were told we could park anywhere.
Then PCM were brought in and started ticketing any vehicle who wasn't in a bay. One car went in the garage, but because the bays weren't number, on more than 40 occasions someone else would park in our space, meaning we had to park once vehicle in a VP. Hence getting a ticket.
A year on we've received a Claim form from the county court business centre in Northampton. This is for around £200.
The particulars of the claim are:
The claimant claims the sun of £**** for parking charges and indemnity costs if applicable including £*** interest pursuant to S.69 of the County Courts Act 1984 Rate 8.00% pa from dates above to 11/10/16 Same rate to judgement or (sooner) payment Daily rate to Judgement £0.03
Total debt and interest £***
Please advise.

PCM cases are certainly won by Defendants in court. On pepipoo forum, read this one from Marky123 who won this week and got awarded HIS costs!
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=105175
and on that thread, another posters 'tracytracy' says she also won last week v PCM and was awarded over £100 costs.
I also know of another one who won last month and was awarded costs against PCM.
And bargepole who posts on here beat PCM:

Even a person who loses would not pay £231! Typically about £160 or so, that's all, if you lose, no CCJ, no trouble, no effect on your credit rating. And generally we win or claims get discontinued (no hearing, cancelled).
Read this and do the AOS urgently online:

And read as many other defences as you can see, copy from them (Gladstones ones, we assume this was from them). Search this forum board for 'defence claim Gladstones' or 'defence incoherent Gladstones' which finds you previously written defences like on bigsej's thread.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
