Hi I've just come in from work to find a massive roll of bubble wrap , 5 huge boxes and two rolls of tape in my parents house. They showed me the invoice from the council with no payment or costs information on. It has our address on it. The house isn't council house it was bought from them 20 years ago . Find it odd they have delivered this and can't find any info online.

Does it have one of your names with the address? Could it have been a typo/misheard number e.g. 13 instead of 30 or 3 instead of 33?0
