So my solicitor has told me she's finished her enquiries and is sending me the final report and by next week we would be ready to exchange however the vendors purchase isn't I've been informed her solicitor hasn't had the contract pack for her purchase yet and the survey was done today. I guess this means her solicitors haven't raised any enquiries or searches yet
I know it takes as long as it takes but are we talking 4 weeks or 4 months. My vendor is a bit miffed as she's been so quick with everything for our purchase
