PCN from Euro Car Parks - need advice.

I've been issued a PCN from Euro Car Parks for £75, or £45 if paid in 14 days. I entered a carpark which i didn't realise you had to pay, didn't see any notice that i had to pay, was only there for 23 minutes but didn't actually leave the car as i was only dropping off a friend but waiting for others to arrive before leaving him stranded.

Any advice with how to challenge ECP? I'm very naive about this sort of thing and have read the newbies thread but would like someone to basically tell me what to say to challenge these people successfully! Any advice is welcome as i feel i've been very hard done by! I would like to know how successful peoples appeals against ECP have been in the past.

The NEWBIES thread does tell you exactly that, ''what to say'' as it shows you a template appeal - the blue writing appeal for BPA members. Submit that online to ECP, and keep screenshots as proof.

I would like to know how successful peoples appeals against ECP have been in the past.

We have NEVER lost one v ECP and won't be expecting to start now! Some go to POPLA stage, some don't. All are won.
