Skype fraud and non-existent customer service

Hi
Upon recently upgrading to Windows 10, I re-activated some credit I had on an old Skype account I hadn't used for a few years (as Skype is integrated with Windows 10 now). A few days after re-activating it, a few unauthorised calls and a subscription were taken out using up all my credit.
I've since changed my password and contacted Skype but they have no interest in dealing with the matter. They keep directing me to a verification form that I've now filled out three times and they tell me that I haven't passed verification so they cannot assist me any further. The details have been copied directly from the Skype account, so they must be correct.
They said their supervisor would contact me in a few hours and this was last week. Now they are no longer responding to any of my emails. I asked for a written address to escalate and they ignored my request. I'm unable to call them.
What can I do next? They aren't taking the fraud seriously and are deliberately making it impossible to provide any kind of support.
Please help.
