Options
Hi I am wondering if anyone could help. I re-mortgaged on 27th September and clearscore currently show that I owe £310k in mortgages  obv new and old.

I'm hoping to finance a kitchen around Xmas time, do you think by then i'll be down to the once mortgage?

Thanks.

A few months won't reduce a mortgage greatly.

The credit system often takes a couple of months to update. It doesn't operate in real time.

No but what I mean is it's still showing my old mortgage. I owe £152k not £305k. Obviously that will effect anything if I come to get finance.
