LV car insurance and £25 Amazon voucher

I took out car insurance via MSE with LV in June, when there was a £25 Amazon voucher offer after 90 days of the insurance cover. I got a confirmation e-mail from Voucher Window saying the transaction had been tracked and I should get my voucher three months after the policy start date. So far, no voucher. MSE have contacted LV to chase it up, but I'm curious to know if anyone else has got this voucher.
