Three dongle will not launch on windows 10 laptop

OH has a laptop running Windows 7 and a Three dongle which he uses on it when working in locations where he cannot get access to the local wifi. This works fine.
Recently he purchased a new Windows 10 laptop. The Three software interface installed OK but it will not launch. Anyone know why this might be? Is it something to do with Windows 10?

No it just hangs0

Seems this is a known issue and you just need to set it to run in compatibility mode.
