    If you want cheap avoid the Riverbus!

    I still prefer normal buses - can sometimes take longer than tube, but its good value.

    Yup, didn't realise travel could be so expensive, no underground here and a 7 day bus pass costs £7 so £2.40 for a short journey seems expensive to us!
    By comparison we were surprised that meals were quite reasonable, about double the price up here but higher standard so were OK with the prices.
