Voluntary termination v5 log book
I'm having my car taken tomorrow after voluntary termination of my finance, by British car auctions who's details do put on the v5 the finace company or british car auction and which part do if I fill in any help on this greatly appreciated..

I assume you will fill in the top yellow slip on the right hand page as it is going into trade.
As to who to put it would say the finance company as bca are just selling it on their behalf as they do with every other vehicle.
Remember and hand over the remainder of the V5 when it goes away.
Also lots of people have come on here after VT asking for advice as the company have charged over the odds for damage that didn't exist or was exaggerated.
So take the advice given then as you are in a better place to implement it.
On the day of pick up take a high res photo of each panel of the car with that days newspaper in view as proof of the date, or use a camera that records date codes.
That way when the try and bill you for a large amount you have evidence to fall back on.0
