center parks novice- can i add to my booking?

hi all

I have never been to center parks before but
in july i booked online to go the whinfell forest's lapland experience 17th to 21 december :j

DD is 3 and DS is 2 so i hope they enjoy it!

I wanted a 2 bed villa that allowed dogs but all they had was a 3 bed. but as i had a 30% discount code the 3 bed was the same price as i had expected the 2 bed to be - so i booked it.

I only told them on the online form that 2 adults and 2 preschoolers would be going - but now i fancy asking my mum and dad to come just for one night or 2.

Can i just phone up and add them to the booking? or wil i have to pay a fee to amend the booking? we have not yet preregistered if that makes any difference

It is a 3 bed villa so they will fit, but i did not mention them when i first booked the holiday??

I also want to get my cousin and her daughter who live in the Lake district yo visit us for the day....but as they live in the lakes it will be a day visit just so her preschooler can also enjoy the magic of the lapland experience...

but I am not sure if this is allowed...

anyone any experience at adding to bookings please advise me...

thanks

  • We went to the Lapland experience last year and are going again this year. Your villa will sleep 6 probably so there wont be a problem adding another two people on there. Just give them a call.

As for friends visiting, they are supposed to pay for a day pass but to be honest we drove on and off without ever being asked for id or anything. If they chose to just visit and not get a pass they wouldnt be able to use any of the facilities and I dont see how you could let their kids do any of the prebookable activities as the number of kids wont match the booked activities if you know what I mean. If they dont want to do anything other thank wander round then you should be ok.

    hi

i think when the cousin and her duaghter come we will just walk around the decorations and possibly go swimming, and then have a meal. HOw much is a day pass? My cousin will pay for it herself.

I will phone up and get my mum and dad added on as it is a 6 birth villa.

You must have enjoyed it if you are going again this year, what christmas activites do they put on for preschoolers?

    thanks

i have phoned center parks and as it is a 3 bed villa we can fill it to the max occupancy at no extra cost.
