I'm just about to move jobs in the same company but will be loosing my company car. I have had the car for approx 8 years and been insured under the company scheme.
Which if any insurance companies will take in to account the fact that I have been driving for 8 years with no claims?

I have used Screentrade and then Cornhill Insurance previously.
I think most companies will give you a good introductory NCB discount but ask what happens to the NCB in the second year - no point getting a five year introductory NCB that then becomes 1 year on renewal!!!0
