Conveyancing quotes help

Hi I am currently purchasing my first house and I have no idea idea what i'm doing.
Ive been give two quotes which seem are very different in price and I don't understand the difference. If anyone could please offer any advice or clarification;

    Basically much the same other than the second one has included the £275 for searches. Not sure why the first one has omitted a similar item (they haven't put it on a separate price list, have they?), but you're probably going to incur that cost at some point.
