I have a Worcester Bosch boiler controlled by a DT20RF transmitter/receiver working in the 433 MHz band range.
Is there any device I can get that will let me record the output of the transmitter and then display it on my computer?

You need a software defined radio dongle (SDR)
Research here : http://www.rtl-sdr.com/about-rtl-sdr/0 -

I don't know the specifics of that device, you'll have to research that yourself, but I think you will find that devices specifically for DTV will try to encode the output to mp4 or similar which is no good for your needs. You just want the raw data.
Have a look at the link I posted and you should be able to work out what you need0
