Car Parking in Benidorm?

Just booked a 1 wk holiday to Benidorm in October-To hire a car for a week is cheaper than airport transfers. Does anyone know how easy it is to park in Benidorm and whether you have to pay? We are staying at the Magic Rock Gardens.
Thank you.
Thank you.

IIRC there are no restrictions in many parts of the resort, only in the main roads and shopping areas. The 'old town' is very congested though and it's not worth trying to drive through it.
I just Googled your place which turns out to be in Calle Bonn. That's at the far end of the resort, all the roads are named after European cities there. You should have no problem parking on the street there for free.0 -
Have previously been stung for high fuel charge on car hire in Portugal 45E for tank of fuel non refundable-Are there any car hire firms in Spain (alicante) where you can simply return car with same level of fuel as when you take the car to avoid this cost?
I know you can do this with auto reisen in Tenerife.0 -
I too am thinking of hiring a car as it is cheaper than taxis and I was told the shuttle buses drop you off in Benidorm but not always at the palce you will be staying. I am staying at Luxmar apartments,Calle de Zamoro, Benidorm. Can anyone tell me what chance I have of getting parked near the apartments. Thanks0

i would have said limited but do know that this is the exact area where the underground carpark has been built.- these apartments are in the rincon de loix area- at the far end of the levante area- and should be easy to find from the main road9Last benidorm exit). parking should be ok to park a road or two away - near where the main market is if this is acceptable for you. remember that the road from airport to benidorm is a toll road and these quickly mount up0 -
It is only around 3 euro on the Tolls EW. We do it from Murcia for around 5. Its a straight road.We print out a route and reverse route via https://www.theAA.com
Lots of the apts have carparks. You could email apts to check and/or reserve a space0
