Purchasing privately with Credit card

I have one of the current post office credit cards. I am hoping to use it for part payment of a car which I am purchasing privately. The seller has no credit card facilities. I'm aware that there are interest charges on cash advances and I want to avoid any additional charges if possible. I,ve thought of using it via PayPal, such as paying a friend etc... But I'm uncertain if there are charges using this means. My question is can I use my credit card to part pay for this car without incurring charges?

Paypal "pay a friend" will incur the usual Paypal card charges payable either by you or the recipient. The cheapest option would be a cash transfer 0% card, see the best cards article.0

Whichever way you do this please note there will be no S75 CCA cover if the creditor debtor relationship is broken.0
