I've just been told I've been awarded pip I had no face to face its taken about 8 weeks I wasn't on dla does it get backed to the day I made call and second I care for my husband I did not receive my carers allowance yesterday does anyone know if I'm not aloud. To be a carer if I'm on pip thanks all

Since you were not previously on DLA then your PIP award should be backdated to the date of your application.

As regards the CA then being awarded PIP should make no difference. You should telephone to see why you haven't been paid - probably some admin glitch/bank error.
