Rbs redress offer

Good morning
Does anyone know I had a offer from rbs for a ppi claim from a old credit card, the offer letter states redress is this a full offer or is this one of them that Martin Lewis says isn't a full refund.

By not a full refund I assume you mean, have they used comparative redress - this is where PPI was suitable and not miss sold but should have been sold as monthly premium rather than single premium - so they give you back the difference between the premium types. Since you can't have single premium PPI on a credit card the offer can't be comparative redress. As to whether the offer is correct in itself you've not given any figures to go on so no one can say, do you have reason to believe the figures are incorrect?
