Ever wonder what it was like to be at the forefront of a new era in premiership football? Blue Revolution is a “soccumentry” film which chronicles the last three record breaking seasons at Chelsea FC from 2004-2007 seen through the eyes of management, players, staff and fans.

This is not simply a highlights compilation, but a behind the scenes look at the club through exclusive access to the team, its staff and its key personnel including Jose Mourinho, John Terry, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba and Joe Cole, this unique film gives a rare insight into life at one of the leading football clubs in the world.

It offers a frontline view from the match touchline and the training pitch, from the dressing room to the board room, and everything in between capturing all the drama, tension, humour, highs and lows over the seasons.

The film features in-depth and candid interviews with key players and management together with match footage, terrace and changing room banter.

But it also tells the story from the fans perspective through the eyes of ordinary diehard Blues living the dream in London and around the world as well as the club’s most famous fan, Sir Richard Attenborough who talks about his life-long support for the club. “Do I take Chelsea seriously? Yes. Life and blood. Holidays, days outs, theatres, movies. Everything has to take second place to Stamford Bridge,” he says.

Blue Revolution is out on DVD from 24th September from EMI Catalogue and is produced by Bombo Sports and Entertainment. The DVD also features a selection of exclusive extras.

Blue Revolution documents the fight for Premiership supremacy with title rivals, the historic battles against Barcelona and Liverpool for a seat at Europe’s top table, the summer tour of the US in 2006, the injury crisis at the start of the 2006/2007 season through to their historic FA Cup win at the new Wembley stadium in 2007.

Question: Who is the Chelsea FC club captain?

My second favorite household chore is ironing. My first being, hitting my head on the top bunk bed until I faint.
