Do epson still disable non empson ink cartridges so they will not wofk in their printers if you allow them to update the software

Yes and no, most Epson printers work fine on compats though will nag you about being non Epson, however currently some machines taking the 29 (strawberry) and 33 (orange) cartridges are refusing to work on compats due to revised firmware but this was done during production, not an update, it's always best to set your printer up not to accept updates, that way you should have no problems.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0
