The papers went to the correct place.

The papers only need to be sent to the last known address of the person which would have been the address obtained from DVLA for that vehicle

Wrong in this case - the papers went to the wrong address. The OP says they had his/her new address and had reissued the paperwork there AND he/she appealed from that new address.

In 2013 I got a couple of ticket on some private land
We ignored the tickets following the information back then we moved house in 2014 and in February this year we received a letter asking for £800 with regards these tickets and the threat of going to court.

I rang them and gave them correct address and said we hadnt recieved any previous letters as we had now moved house and they agreed they had sent everything previous to an old address. I asked them to send the details and evidence regarding these tickets to new address which they did.

I appealed these tickets and this was the last I heard.
Until yesterday a high court enforcement office came and I had to pay £2000 he said I have 14 days to appeal... on the document for the court there is the old address and he said that the CCJ have been going there. How do I even go about appealing and do I have a leg to stand on
You really need to tell your MP about this, as well as Mrs May and what about the journalist at the Daily Mail who is publishing such cases:

But your urgent action is to get Sheila's help on BAO to see if this can be set aside even after you've just coughed up £2000 - did you PAY? This needs overturning. Sheila at bailffadviceonline as suggested by pappa golf is a very good call, get on that BAO website urgently.

  • Bailiffs can be beaten with items you may have in your house.
The item you are looking for is called string.
You take the string and you tie it through the key, you then lock your door and put the string with the key on around your neck.

This stops anyone opening the door but the person with the string.
A bailiff can not break in for any civil debt without a magistrates warrant.
They can visit 3 times only and if not let inside the house the action must cease.
This is where the key on string comes in.
You do not let them in and nobody else can as you have the only key to the door.
