JL have updated their partnership card website security. :jBut they have removed the date your statement is due and also the pending amount.:mad:
Ok so I can add the amount to pay to the amount I have left to spend and subtract it from my limit but it was much easier when they just listed it
Also I can't get through on the phone!
Come on John Lewis I expect better than this from you:o

I've just re registered to the new site and I can see the due date for the statement on the main page.

Got through eventually - 8.30 on a Saturday evening is obviously the best time to call. JL are still trying to update their partnership website and pending will be added. They have had thousands of complaints about it. Nice to know it's not just me.
