Hi
we have got a leak from a power shower. It is coming from a metal part of the shower. its in a quite tricky place where there isnt a lot of space.
some pictures below. Is there anything i can use to seal this? not sure if silicon will work on metal or is there something else more specialised that can be applied in such a place?

Bump. Any thoughts..0

Have you tried reversing the hose? (screwing the head end of the hose into the shower socket and screwing the head into the other end?)0

Hard to tell from the photo where the actual leak is but I would suggest super glue, it worked for me on my kitchen tap and it is quite high pressure going through that.0

You need to remove the cover , it's a wall outlet . Remake the joint with PTFE . It's could also be the washer on the hose
Don't use superglueHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
turn electric off, take cover off, see where it is leaking. Post a pic showing leaking joint / component and get some proper advise.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0
