UPS - Drivers unable to read addresses

  • One trick I found useful with UPS if you're struggling with the endless voice activated options on their phone system. Just keep saying "speak with an agent". You'll soon get put through to an actual human :j

Is there any pattern to your address vs. the proper address ? Wrong number, wrong letter, wrong road name, wrong road name ending ( Road / Close / Crescent etc. ) ?
A bigger / additional marking next to the letter box might help.

I once lived on a main road, but my house address was on the side road.
Many roads don't have a No.13, so if number 11 is very visible, the driver might guess that 2 along 15, but it is 17.
Maybe it is the same driver, who having ( wrongly ) visited so many times, now ( wrongly ) knows the address he needs, so doesn't pay much attention.
