    I would say Yes ... though I agree the terminology is ambiguous. (Which isn't surprising given who runs the IPC).

    I thought they were already 'inactive' and someone has possibly made a typo as the date, which was previously showing as 13.10.16 'suspended'.

    The more interesting parliamentary question(s) are

    1. When were UKCPS last audited and a copy of the same. If there is something questionable in the audit, it won't be released e.g. as in the Devere, ANPR and UKPC cases. They will use a FOI exemption such as intent to publish later.

    2. Copies of their latest Data Governance Assessments.

    Whatever has gone wrong should be in these reports.
