County Court Letter for Parking Fine

Hi Guys - I received a parking ticket on the 6/7/2016 for parking on a newly built estate where apparently there was signs and was issued with a private parking fine. Normally i don't even reply to these firms and in the end they leave me alone but this one specifically has now issued court proceedings and i have received a County court claim from the business centre in northampton. i was advised to acknowledge the claim online but hold out before i give me defence as there are loads online i could use to submit forward but i am having trouble with finding one for me. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. i have put a link below to show you the letter, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
