    sorry I missed .co.uk off that , yup he was *issed and insists that all complaints have to go thru SRA complaints , where he will not get to see them

    after listening to talk that was being moved from the question ,he finally agreed that "claimants legal representative" could be seen to be a solicitor , however there will have to be a full 5 yr formal enquiry to check this out

    what chance with the B+W?

    do you know that Swartz can go working for isis , and they cannot do anything , because isis is not regulated by the SRA

    In which case I shall happily scan in our form and pop him an email "for reference" if he won't get to see anything going through the complaints department

    ‘legal representative’ means a –
    (a) barrister;
    (b) solicitor;
    (c) solicitor’s employee;
    (d) manager of a body recognised under section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act 19859; or
    (e) person who, for the purposes of the Legal Services Act 200710, is an authorised person in relation to an activity which constitutes the conduct of litigation (within the meaning of that Act),
    who has been instructed to act for a party in relation to proceedings;

    yes I clearly quoted at least 3 of the above , but met with a brick wall

    I can tell you , Swartz WILL continue for a LONG time before the SRA do anything , if in deed they do
