EDF Yearly Review Ripoff

I just had a yearly review statement from EDF which stated that my consumption had gone up so my direct debit had to increase accordingly. Checking the numbers against last year's review I noticed that they were reviewing 4 months' consumption versus 3 months' used for last year's calculation!! They backed off immediately when I called and my DD is back down to where it was. Hey, we are not that stupid
