    I initially didn't know it existed as the drive I received from Amazon was in a small white cardboard box (admitted my Samsung branded) and contained a general information sheet but no CD or even mention of the Magician software.

    When I realised it existed, I downloaded it but it wouldn't recognise the source HDD or the target SSD when in the caddy connected by USB.
