Even if by some small chance on the beach did book the wrong dates, you didn't call them
Whilst you were there to tell them of your problems so they didn't have an opportunity to help you. Had you called they may have been able to get you the right room and you wouldn't be having this issue now.

We did call On The Beach while we were there several times. On all occasions they took all the details and promised to ring back but didn't bother.

I can't believe people still use this company, do they not read all the neg reviews before they book?

I've used them a few times and think they're good

165,000 who have reviewed them give them a 90% approval rating. Seem a decent company.

Unless it is a fee free solicitor I wouldn't bother.
It will cost you a packet without any guarantees - if only you had paid by credit card.

I would not be happy with a 90% approval rating for my business - that means one customer in ten is not happy with the service they have received or the way their problems were resolved.

If you go on the ebay board they advise being very wary of sellers with less than 99% positive ratings.

On trustpilot they have a much more accurate rating of 5 out of 10...

Also, not sure how Feefo source their reviews as i'm unable to add my own review of On The Beach and have not been invited to review them

Trust pilot have 141 customer reviews.

    Feefo have 165,0000 customer reviews.

If I want a fair reflection of what the company is like I'll stick with feefo ;)

Maybe you've been lucky, so far.
Even a broken clock still gets the right time twice a day.

Hang around on this board a few years and count how many more people come posting with problems they've had.

Based on the reviews it seems for 90% of 165,000 people they have got it right.....
