Selling back currency

Hi all, just come back from abroad and have quite a bit of foreign currency left over. In the past I've gone down the convenience route and changed it at the Post Office. Apart from the online exchange sites which do give a better rate but take longer, where on the 'high street' could I get a good deal from. I appreciate the Post Office is 0% commission but their rates aren't the best.
Or, can someone recommend a good online line, not too much fuss, exchange site.

Everywhere is 'no commission' - it's the exchange rate you need to go on

M&S will give a better rate than the PO.

On line you have the problem of getting it to them - special delivery mail will wipe out any better exchange rate offered unless you've really a lot to change.
