Wills - Changes to Scotland Succession Acts

I'm putting this info here as well as on the Family Board as it is important for anyone who has made a Will in Scotland.
If you live in Scotland, don't dash in to make your 'free' will in October until you have visited the Scottish Government website and viewed the new Succession Scotland Act 2016. There's also a guide giving a summary of the changes.
Several changes are coming into effect regarding Wills. These take effect from 1 November and can make alterations necessary to existing Wills to clarify points.
