leaky conservatory/small claims?

Hope this isn't too much trouble, but our consevatory has started to leak-2 years old and over £5000, They came out first time and seemed to have cured proble but leak/flood has moved further along wall. Now not replying to my telephone messages, so sent them a recored delivery letter saying that I would give them 21 days to put faults right- was this correct proceedure. never used the small claims court before, so any help/tips/websites etc would be useful- what else to I now need to do ??
