Hi,

Had a bit of a google but struggling for any 100% certain answers.

Which year model of the c1 will have no issues with the clutch and water pump issue which was a known issue on the previous years?

Thanks

The waterpump design was changed in about 2007, but the new ones aren't bombproof. A colleague had a 2009 107 and the waterpump failed.

I would not be too worried about this detail. Type of driving and the way it was treated by the owner, especially re: clutch, will have the biggest impact on its life expectancy.

I think these types of cars need to be bought on condition, not on mileage or even age. A lot of abused ones are around.
