Dreams Mattress Issue. Advice needed please.

I recently purchased a Sealy Sotherby mattress from Dreams. It has a pillow top & I noticed very quickly that it started to dip. Dreams sent Homeserve to inspect and said at 2mm it was within guidelines. 2 weeks on, the bed is dipping more and has developed ridges in the pillow top. A second inspection showed the dip was now 3mm, still within tolerance level apparently , he photographed the ridges and put on his report that he did not know what had caused them, but still the mattress in NOT faulty. Dreams have said I can arrange an independent inspection at my own cost but I am struggling to find out who to contact that is not linked to Dreams or Homeserve. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.
