Tesco Bread Flour Problem?

I use Tesco strong bread flour in my breadmaker but for the last 2 weeks the loaf has been completely flat on top. I have changed the yeast and bought new flour but still the same problem. Has anyone had the same problem? If I make a wholemeal or granary loaf they rise perfectly so I don't think its my breadmaker. Any other suggestions as to what it might be welcome!

I have a problem with my BM, see my other thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=553780
the MR helpline at first tried to suggest it was due to the weather, something about humidity in the air!? Who knows, we blame everything on the weather in this country so why not flat bread?0
